Do you get rid of the termites too?
No. That's a pest controller's job. We're builders. Once your pest controller has treated the termites and confirmed they're gone, we come in and repair the damage they left behind. We're happy to work alongside your pest controller so the whole job runs smoothly from treatment to rebuild.
How do I know how bad the termite damage really is?
You usually can't tell from the surface, and that's the problem. After treatment, we open up the affected areas and check what's structural and what's cosmetic. Then we give you an honest scope: what genuinely needs replacing, what can be patched, and a clear quote before any work starts.
Can you do the repairs through my insurance?
Yes, insurance repair work is welcome. We provide detailed written quotes and document the damage properly, which is what insurers and assessors need to process a claim. Whether your policy covers the repairs is between you and your insurer, but we make the building side of the process straightforward.
