Do you treat termites or repair the damage?
Albert repairs the damage. Treating live termites is a job for a licensed pest technician. If live termites turn up, the repair stops until they have been treated, and Albert can point you to a good local technician.
Can I send photos for a quote?
Yes. A few phone photos of the damage, plus a wide shot of the room, are usually enough for Albert to tell you what you're looking at and whether he needs to come out.
How much does termite damage repair cost in Brisbane?
It depends how far the damage has gone. A patch of skirting is a small job; eaten trusses or wall frames are bigger. Albert opens it up, shows you what's there and gives you a clear price before any work starts.
Will termite damage affect selling my home?
It can. Building and pest reports pick up damage, and buyers use it to negotiate. Repairing it properly, with photos of the work, puts you back in control of the sale.
